Try to Fill the Employer’s Needs
Quick Tips No Comments »When an employer advertises a position, he has certain needs to fill for that company. He will even have some needs that he doesn’t advertise for. Make sure that your resume indicates the fact that you can fill his needs immediately. Give enough of your qualifications that you could even fill needs that he didn’t advertise for. For example, if you are fluent in Spanish, let him know that. You never know if the employer might have been looking for someone to help with international relations. Listing your full set of skills can only help you in the job search.
